As you are aware that last month of Leades' Club session is a special session where we invite Leaders from different field for "Face to Face Success" sharing. For this session we had invited Mrs. Pooja Shroff, Chairperson, Calorx Foundation.
She shared her success journey with us with great insights for service industry. She is one of the role model in context of women empowerment and professional management system for service industry.
She says, " In any business unless you don't have that innovation you will not stay on the edge. An innovation is about finding a gap - a gap between the potential that exists in the market and not being filled and that will straightly take you towards your goal..."
In HR context she shared that, "before hiring any person for your organization be clear about that person's role and responsibilities.
